Christopher Botfield, B. Environmental Management (B.APP.SC. P.R.H) CSU
Principal

Christopher spent several years as a Senior Manager with the Dubbo City Council in the environmental and project management field. This experience provided the foundation for the establishment of an environmental consultancy partnership/business in 2000. As a former Principal of that business Christopher has directly developed, supported and managed major projects funded and supported by all levels of government. The management and delivery of Commonwealth contracts has been a major role.

Chris has been a key member of the team that developed and delivered Environmental Planning and Resource Development projects associated with major investment projects. His specialities are the completion of field survey activities, REF, EIS and similar report development and integrated project development and management. Chris has consistently demonstrated and applied his high-level communication and facilitation skills on many levels.

Christopher obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Charles Sturt University and has experience in environmental resource assessment. He has extensive experience in Indigenous land management, vegetation assessment and land owner consultations.

Senior Consultant

Nicole commenced with the original consultancy in February 2014 and has continued her association with Access EP. Nicole’s extensive experience in various NSW state government departments includes roles managing all facets of the NSW Kangaroo Management Program (KMP) for the Office of Environment and Heritage, vegetation management and planning positions with the then Department of Land and Water Conservation, and a variety of industry-funded projects for the Department of Agriculture in Wagga Wagga, Trangie and Dubbo.   Nicole has over fifteen years’ experience working with the rural community on natural resource and environmental management issues.

Elizabeth Mansfield
Office Administration

Elizabeth has worked in this sector for 10 years and has twenty years’ experience in business administration and secretarial services. Elizabeth is now the fulltime office manager for Access EP continuing her association following separation of FarmWeb in November 2015.

Director of Footstool Earthmoving Pty Ltd (7 years)

Steve is a multiskilled achiever in many fields.  He has worked at a high level in the commonwealth political arena, managed a family farm enterprise and participated at a community level as captain of a bushfire brigade.

In recent years, he has continued to operate a successful large-scale earthmoving business from Carroll (near Gunnedah NSW).

Steve has demonstrated experience and knowledge of agricultural practises, legislative frameworks and a strong understanding of business. He has demonstrated a capacity to work with people and groups, particularly negotiating outcomes within a contentious environment.

Steve brings to Access EP a capacity to assess and deal with practical matters.

Project Officer

Ray brings his wealth of experience in earth moving and landscape management to Access EP. He Worked for 17 years with the NSW Soil Conservation Service where he advanced to a senior role. This role delivered planning, landscape assessment, design and project management and delivery.

Ray possesses high level skills that apply to landscape assessment and the design of erosion and overland flow management techniques.

In his years working in civil construction in the private sector, Ray designed, managed and delivered large and small-scale earth moving projects. His skills are a perfect addition to the environment planning and assessment service provided by Access EP.

Aaron Colbran (B.Nat.Res UNE)
Spatial Products and Services - XGIS

Aaron is the sole supplier of ESRI ArcGIS and Geospatial Training to Industry NSW and as a permanent contractor to Industry NSW.  Other projects include GIS Development for Resources and Energy NSW Geospatial Derelict Mine Safety Web Database and Hunter and North-West Local Land Services GIS establishment.  His export markets include online video/image based spatial training and online video/image based software training.

Aaron’s knowledge and experience of GIS mapping and interpretation is considered to be of an extremely high standard.

Aaron operates as an employee of Access EP and as an independent contractor.

Triaxial Consulting

Triaxial Consulting will provide Engineer Solutions / Project Management / Quality Assurance / Financial Reporting and Compliance Reporting Systems. Triaxial Consulting specialises in establishing the optimal project delivery strategy for clients; and supplying the project systems and key management personnel to deliver results. Triaxial will provide the technical systems and support to Access EP when required.

Reuben Lawrence
Lawrence Consulting

Lawrence Consulting has significant consultancy experience in undertaking economic and statistical research and analysis and the production of marketable economic reports and related products across a broad range of industries, projects and skill areas. Lawrence Consulting has conducted Benefit Cost Analysis Studies for Modernisation Planning Projects in the Lachlan and the Macquarie regions.

Ferrari Gardner Pty Ltd (Accountants)

This business will provide auditing services for sub-project acquittals, document verification and contract milestones.

Ferrari Gardner was established by John Ferrari & Eric Gardner in 1979 to provide accounting and taxation services.  Ferrari Gardner services a diverse range of clients including micro, small and medium sized business owners from a range of industry sectors. Eric is one of the Partners that will be responsible to support this service.
