Christopher Botfield Business Principle B. Environmental Management 30 years +

Environmental Management (Bachelor of Applied Science PRH) CSU Now studying for Master of Environmental Management qualification

Christopher obtained his bachelor’s degree from Charles Sturt University and has experience in environmental resource assessment. He has extensive experience in Indigenous land management, vegetation assessment and landowner consultations. Chris has a long history in developing project specific outcomes for REF, EIS and similar reports that require integrated project development and management.

Recently Christopher is an Accredited Biodiversity Assessor for the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016. Working in all areas of mapping and site assessment for local government and in private sector. Chris is now undertaking his Master of Environmental Management studies (CSU).


Renae Hill Project Manager 20 years +

Bachelor of Agriculture 2006, Bachelor of Science (hon) 1994

Renae has been working for Access EP for some years and has been directly managing projects, undertaking field surveys GIS data recording, managing and writing report outcomes.

From her agronomy roles for more than 10 years in the Central West and Hunter Regions. Study and work have allowed Renae to focus on soils, weed and pasture rejuvenation. She has a thorough understanding of the physical landscape and works.


Tony Moody Project Operations 20 Years +

Bachelor of Applied Science (Parks, Recreation and Heritage) CSU 1995 Certificate II in Public Safety (Firefighting Operation) 2012 Statement of Attainment FPI11-Soil and Water Protection-roading 2012

20 years’ experience as a Senior Manager National Parks Wildlife Service (NPWS), project design, management and operation. Key skills in conducting field surveys and comprehensive report development. Extensive experience in planning and works associated with roadwork and track and trail development in the NPWS estate. Tony is a valuable member of the Access Environmental Planning team for the past 6 months.


Kim Bennett Geographic Information System IT Specialist 12 years +

Bachelor of Environmental Science, Hons in Environmental Science. B.A. with majors in Computer Science and Legal Studies (BA (Computer Science and Legal Studies), Flinders University

Kim has over 12 years’ experience working in the Geographic Information System (GIS) field with a strong and broad ranging skill set including GIS (general mapping services, spatial analysis, spatial statistical analysis and 3D analysis), web-based mapping solutions, information management and database design and management. Kim has obtained these skills through a career working within the environmental and geotechnical consulting industry and freelance consulting sector. Projects include clients both national and international from various sectors including mining, construction, property development, environmental monitoring and government.


Denise Bennett Administration Co-Ordinator 20 years +

Denise attends to all our administration requirements. Denise comes with years of admin experience and supports company operations by maintaining office systems.

Manages and deliver components for projects. Organise day to day office appointments, manage database, payroll, correspondence, filing, archiving and associated activities.


Michaela Burns Project Officer 12 Months

Bachelor Agriculture Management CSU

Michaela has an expansive understanding of the implementation of sustainable environmental practices. Michaela is new to our team and has the ability to collect information and write reports and documents effectively and efficiently. Michaela can adapt to new procedures and experiences with a passion for creating meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Michaela is instrumental in gathering data and liaising with relevant government agencies., Collecting background information, conducting environmental surveys and writing assessments and reports.
