Renae joined the Access EP team in 2018. Previously having worked in agriculture for 10 years in both the Central West and Hunter regions, focusing on soils, weeds, pasture rejuvenation and the agronomic needs of various crops. Prior to work in agriculture, Renae worked as an industrial chemist analysing samples for environmental licensing requirements and testing quality aspects for fertilizer manufacture. At Access EP Renae directly manages projects undertaking field surveys, GIS recording, monitoring and recording native and exotic flora and fauna, coordinating various online searches and applications with various government agencies. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Management in 2022, also achieving Biodiversity Accredited Assessor status and has now conducted numerous Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) surveys and associated reporting. Renae produces comprehensive reports from her thorough research and extensive knowledge.
